Working out if we are a good coach / client fit is important.
Much of the magic in coaching comes from the relationship of trust between us, so being able to relate to each other is key. This doesn’t mean we will always see eye to eye or that I won't challenge you, but I will listen and you will be heard.
The initial consultation is a time to check that connection and if you don't think I am the right coach for you then that's fine. Don't worry, I won't be offended!
A free, no obligation, 30 minute initial consultation.
One to One Coaching: at £60 per 1 hour session or £330 for a block of six sessions.
Concession rates are available on request.
Group coaching: £400 for each 2 hour session for groups of up to 6 people.
On line tools: to be confirmed.
Whilst I would never underestimate the power of a good conversation, one of my key values is playfulness!
Plato said 'you can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation' and who am I to question Plato!
So don’t be surprised if you leave our sessions smiling as well as thinking.
Alongside playfulness I also value equality, curiosity, connection, support and creativity. Becoming a coach has bought me closer in line with these essentials of who I am and this, in turn, has bought me much happiness.
"I really appreciated Tracy's coaching style .. She made me realise what was holding me back and how to tackle it... I changed my mindset and started being more positive about myself and found that people were starting to listen to me …." BD
"Tracy… helped me see the patterns of what’s been holding me back. I feel a lot more aware of the blockages … how I put limitations on myself and how to lift them." JOB
"Tracy put me at ease, with her approachable nature, and understanding... Her skills and perception took me down a path of discovery..." MH
At times, life gets hectic and you might find this is just not the right time for you to make big changes.
Introspection literally means taking a look at what is going on inside and at times this can bring up difficult emotions and memories. These may need to be looked at and worked through separately before you are ready to move on.
If this happens we can put coaching on hold while you seek more appropriate support. If you want to we can pick up where you left off when the time is right.
There are some very accessible books and an increasing body of academic research that aims to tease out the how and why of positive psychology.
